I've had the pleasure and challenge of working with Kamisha over the past many months on her new business branding. She recently decided to go full-time in event planning and design, after a long road of discovery in her passion. She had ordered a basic branding package: logo + business card, and quickly added a blog design and second logo to her project. After a couple of issues with her business name, she finally settled on Taylor Made Soirées: Weddings and Events, and has since created a second division of her company that focuses on events, birthdays, candy buffets, gift and favor baskets, and dessert bars: Na'Vella Party Boutique.
Her branding started with the main logo, in which she wanted a very elegant design, something that would be eye-catching and glamorous. Originally, she had chosen black/sage, black/pink, and black/purple as her color choices....after a few revisions, she actually fell in love with yellow, black, and gray! For her Na'Vella logo, she wanted something that would resemble the main logo and branding, but have a fun element to it, pop of color, and something that would pull in potential party clients. Without further ado, here is Taylor Made Soirées' new branding! Thanks Kamisha and good luck with your new venture!
Concepts that didn't make the cut
