Address label for Sanam

Sanam contacted me to order an address label template design.  She had found the label I designed for Jamie last year, and loved it!  She wanted it in the same dark gray, but with lavender instead of the deep purple, and in a different size.  Here's her final chosen design!  Thanks Sanam!
