- Names of bride/groom (including last name or initial)
- Wedding date
- Chart size (typically 24x36 poster)
- Wedding color
- any photos of inspiration you like of layout, design, etc
- Do you want your monogram used at the top, names at the top? At the bottom? Overall layout, etc.
- Font style/preferences, if applicable
- List of ALL guest names, ALPHABETICALLY BY LAST NAME, INCLUDING MISS OR MR&MRS prefix for each guest, in a Word doc, etc.
I would HIGHLY recommend using Nation's Photo Lab for having your seating chart printed. They print on photo paper, excellent quality and service!

For example, a 24x36" enlargement is $38 using the metallic finish (which is gorgeous!). They do run sales from time to time, for 50% off, etc.
I created a name frame for my parents for Christmas, and used Nation's Photo Lab for the print; I was VERY happy with the result!
